What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be completely happy with their purchase. If something isn’t quite right, please reach out and we’ll do our best to make it right.
To start a return, email us at k@palmsandpadel.com within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number and the reason for the return.
- Items must not be worn, washed or damaged.
- After 14 days, we will no longer accept returns or exchanges.
When will I get my order?
All orders are shipped in 2 business days from Miami, United States. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Is your clothing suitable for other sports?
Absolutely. While designed for padel, our pieces work perfectly for tennis, pickleball, gym sessions, and everyday active wear.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
