Shipping
We ship all orders from Miami, USA to domestic and select international destinations, and aim to make delivery as simple and transparent as possible.
All orders within the United States are shipped via UPS or Fedex.
International orders are shipped via DHL.
Order Processing Time
Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Processing times may extend slightly during launches, archive sales, restocks, or other high-volume periods.
Please note: once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled.

Lost, Stolen & Delayed Packages
Once your order has been handed off to the carrier and tracking has been provided, Palms and Padel is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your package is missing, we recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number.
International Returns & Refunds
For international orders, return shipping costs and any applicable duties or taxes required to send the item back to the U.S. are the responsibility of the customer.
These costs vary by destination and carrier and will be calculated and clearly shown during the return request process.
